We empower attorneys to prepare the strongest case possible for their clients by teaching the fundamentals and intricacies of our healthcare system. We teach attorneys the dynamics of electronic and paper based health information and the nuances of healthcare financing required for case evaluation, discovery, trial and damages calculations.

We cover topics including but not limited to, how to:

• Perform a comprehensive analysis of discoverable documents and facts
• Data mine large amounts of healthcare information
• Identify altered medical records
• Identify health information and financial transactions among market participants
• Calculate a Medicare Set Aside correctly
• Conduct a comprehensive fraud examination

We also educate attorneys on how providers, insurance companies, plan sponsors (private and public), patients, other third party vendors and organized crime operate and interact in the marketplace.
